'Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain...

'Very good hotel on Plateau. Rooms are spatious, functional and tidy. Plenty of services. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices. Only negative comment is the air conditioning that is sometimes noisy. '

'Terrible customer service. I was charged to much for a late check out. First they admitted but cannot/ don’t want to refund. After that they said it was my own fault and indirectly accused me of lying. Never aigain. '
