'The experience was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The experience in the spa was unforgettable, very relexing and calming. Except a bad odor in the bathroom that was resolved promptly after I informed them.'

'I did book this hotel via Hotels.com but at check-in my pre-payment at Hotels.com was not settled. Therefore I needed to pay again to get access to my room. The hotel did this by checking in again, so I payed twice! It was the first and last time for me using Hotels.com and staying at Ivotel Abidjan.'

'Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time. The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day. The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant...
