Wat je kan verwachten

Bezoek het eiland Orléans in de Saint Lawrence rivier op deze busreis met airconditioning vanuit Quebec City. Neem gedurende de dag deel aan 4 verrukkelijke proeverijen bij 4 verschillende haltes.
Word opgehaald van Place d'Arme en reis richting het eiland Orléans om de smaken van de omgeving te ontdekken. Bij elke halte kun je producten proeven en hun verhalen ontdekken.

The air in the bus was not working and it was stifling for the entire journey. The locations did not have room for everyone on our tour to sit. The nougaterie only showed a video where the translation to English was comedic at times due to the mistranslations. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The cidrerie and the chocolaterie were nice and interesting. The winery was nice, but very hot.

This turned out a good trip even though someone (Get your Guide or Quebec Tours) stuffed up our booking. According to GYG we were booked on the 10 am trip to the Isle de Orleans Quebec tours only had a 1.00pm tour. Very inconvenient as it meant we had to go to the meeting point twice in the rain. The actual tour was good but didn't appreciate that GYG didn't tell us of the change even sending us a reminder at 9.20 to get there by 10.00am.

5 stops promised, only got 4. Boarded alphabetically, not by who arrived first. So even though arrived early to avoid back seat sickness, had to wait for others who arrived later. Need to board first come first served.

Tour itself as great. Air conditioning in the bus wasn't very cool. Driver shared a bit too much info about his dog and personal life. Driver was very helpful, however.

This tour is not worth the money. First of all, it’s advertised that there will be five spots, in reality, there were only four spots. Second, the samples are nearly non existent, tiny piece of nougat, less than a quarter teaspoon of apple butter, and only one chocolate. The background and history at the nougat shop and chocolate shop was nonexistent - 30 second explanation at one place and nothing explained at the other location. The tour guide swore a lot, which was disrespectful.

: I liked the guided tour of the driver Peter in the day of October 7 by Quebec bus Tour given in 2 languages. Beautiful tastings in general at the Chocolaterie Sainte-Pétronille, La Nougaterie, Le Vignoble Mitan and La Cidrerie Bilodeau which allowed you to discover all the facets of their cultures.
