'The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient.'

Safety box rusak, teknisi datang repair dua kali tapi gagal. Pindah kamar kedua, aircon tidak panas, di repair 2 X juga gagal dan bau asap, terpaksa pindah kamar lagi.😱'

'I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. Already called to the hotel 3 times and emailed them twice, but it’s still not solved. Besides, at dinner 3 items on the menu not available and the breakfast card was not collected at night. To get my breakfast in the room I had to explain the issue to 6 different people. '
