'This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.'

'Cute house on beach with 3 units. Ours was on bottom with 2 bedrooms. Wide porch and backyard that you share with other unit with a partition between. Lots of seating outside to enjoy the views and brand new walk way to beach. Our unit was so cute and stocked with all you can need or what you forgot !! The 5 of us and 2 small dogs enjoyed it and had washer & dryer and beach towels. Owners live upstairs and both units downstairs are pet friendly …. We took turns going outside and made it work....

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and very comfortable unit. We had everything we needed,hosts were very friendly and we had fun using the golf cart to zip into town. We have used vrbo for years and this was the best we have had. Would highly recommend. '

'Good location. Only issues were, door knob fell off because screw was missing. Smoke detector inoperative and fire extinguisher was no good. I brought it to the care takers attention and he took care of it. '

'Location is fabulous -- walking distance to Cumberland Island ferry and waterside park, a half-dozen restaurants within a couple of blocks. The unit is comfortable, a little funky but reasonable considering the price. Robert responded to queries immediately. We did have a problem with the wiring but he fixed it promptly.'

'Water pressure was a bit low for the shower. There was no sponge in the kitchen that I could find. I have never stayed in a VRBO so I am not sure what is supposed to be there and was is not! I did not turn the ceiling fan on in the bedroom because the light would have stayed on. I could not reach the pull string to turn the light off. My stay was excellent. '

'We had a wonderful week long stay at Sand Dollar Villas! The condo had everything we needed and so very comfortable and beyond clean!!! A balcony with ocean view and a two min walk to a lovely beach. Communication with Karl was spot on. Will look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you Amelia Island! '

'My sister and I stayed in this amazingly clean, inviting condo with an ocean view. Not only was it clean, adorable, and perfect for a sister’s weekend trip, but the host, Ray was very nice. He was a great host. He was available to answer questions with no hesitation. I would recommend this sweet condo.'

'This location exceeded my expectations. Very clean, modern, had all the amenities needed. When I initially booked it which I did fairly quick I thought it was on the beach but actually it's on the street right across from the beach but from the parking lot you could basically throw a rock to the beach. 'The communication issue was not due to the owner, but VRBO. I tried to send the below message about the t.v and parking as a reply to the check-in email, but I received a response that email was undeliverable. I was only allowed to rate with stars. Then I had to download the app.We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and the condo was well stocked.There were only two issues. One, the big t.v. in the den would not turn on. We found additional batteries for the remote, but that wasn’t...
