Fabulous as always!

Stayed here for solar eclipse. Great location to downtown Winooski — very easy walk to coffee, restaurants and brewery. River walk also very close. The apartment was very clean and directions were clear, ample basic supplies and off street parking. Would absolutely recommend!

St Patrick’s Day Weekend
We are a retired couple and adult son who came to Burlington to celebrate St Patrick’s Day weekend with extended family. It was easy to get to the other three family groups and to Church Street from Winooski. Access was easy. The unit was large, well appointed and airy. Jon called to be sure our arrival had gone well.

This property was just what our family needed while visiting our son at UVM. The property is very well equipped and large so that we all had some personal space as well. The beds were beyond comfortable and the communication was wonderful with the property owner. Highly recommend.

Convenient Location
Spent two nights in the area while touring colleges. Great location near Church street but just far enough away to enjoy quieter atmosphere. Apartment is huge - pictures didn’t do it justice.. plenty of space to relax.. most comfortable couch! Great kitchen with all the basics you need. Entire apartment was clean. Linens and towels were provided and beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Easy check in process. I appreciated the k cups of coffee and shampoo ( I forgot to bring!). Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Would definitely recommend this place! The only downside was that it was close to the airport so you can hear the planes often and some traffic from the street but that was pretty minor, I felt.

Another great stay!
This is our second time staying in this apartment while visiting our daughter at UVM. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and a great location. The beds are comfy as is the couch! The internet access is excellent as my husband and I both had to work remotely one of the days. No issues with connecting at all. The owner is always responsive and we were even given a late checkout when requested. Next week we will be staying in a different apartment at the same location since this one is not available. And I’m sure it’ll be just as wonderful a stay.

This is a great place to stay, really cleaned when we arrived. Rooms are big (bigger than what we thoutgh). Everything is near and only 10 minutes from Burlington. Would not hesitate to recommand it !!
