'Great little place with a very friendly staff. My son had an early morning soccer game that was about 3 hrs from home so we were looking for lodging for the night close by. Everything seemed to be booked up when i came across this place. I'm so glad i booked it. The rooms were spotless and the natural spring water it ran off of was amazing. It doesn't have a pool but we went in the off season and had no time for a pool anyway. The beds were comfy and it was nice and peaceful. Will definitely...

'Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.'

'We had a wonderful time in the Manhattan Loft Tiny House, although it was a bit hard to find. It was more remote than we expected, but could get to groceries/food within 10 minutes. The place was clean well appointed. The only disappointment I had was the soap next the the bathroom sink appeared to be the same soap used to wash the dishes and there was no soap offered for the shower. I know a lot of people travel with their own products, but a small bar of shower soap or bottle of body wash...

'Nice place. We stayed in late March so it did get cold at night. We had a space heater but we did not leave it on overnight. The bedroom was smaller in person. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The locaction was a great base to exploring New River and Babcock state park. '
