'This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine. '

'A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!'

'This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.'

'Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10. '

'This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars. Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions. The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing. '

'Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

'Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit.'
