'Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. 'I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental unit. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Check in and out was simple and communication with Andrew was excellent...

'The property was very nice but the property rules are very restrictive. We were in town for a family event and few family members came to visit us by the pool. The owner immediately came by and rudely asked us who we were and made our family leave. We were just a family catching up and not a bunch of college kids on spring break. It was handled very poorly by the owner of the property. It was unfortunate and put damper on our trip. '

'When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all..'

'This was our second time staying here on business. Our first time was when it was a newer rental and the passing of time is starting to show. There is only one place to sit in the living room. No longer have chairs. We were so overwhelmed with the smell of Clorox when we arrived that we had to leave the outside door open to help air it out. 'This cottage is the perfect location in Delray. Cozy and clean. The cottage was well equipped. Mindi was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is a great option for a couple. We stayed here with our dog for a week and we’re not disappointed.'

'We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. '

'The Half is beautiful on the inside as well as the outdoor spaces ( upper deck and lower pool area ). Brian is an amazing host who provided everything needed for the perfect getaway for my family and our dog. Brian spoiled us with an amazing choice of delicious homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. I would highly recommend the Half !'

'The house is as described. It’s on a very busy street, neighbors are close and you will hear the chickens and children playing. The kitchen has basics. Master bedroom bed is terrible, we stayed a month, my back hurts from it. The communication was excellent and all the hiccups during our stay were addressed but unfortunate that I had to bring up. The location was good to do day trips, WiFi works great because my husband worked from home with no trouble. It was great to bring our dog, the yard...

"We stayed one night as a stop between Orlando and Miami. Friendly staff, especially breakfast team. We were early but after checkin time yet the room wasn’t ready so we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. We decided to go to the beach of West Palm Beach which is nearby and check in later instead. The room is clean and bed is good. The air conditioning is loud (you know the older style units by the windows) and the room could use a little TLC like lamps that didn’t work or were loose. But we saw them working on the pool and you can tell they try to keep the entire surrounding area clean and tidy. "
