« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« You can't go wrong with this property. It sits right in the middle of downtown Leavenworth on a hill... Right off of route 2. The rooms were clean and he even get a robe. That was a nice touch. Anyhow, I got a good room offseason and got a great price. Definitely will stay here again »

« Usually enough parking spots open, and super quick check-in but as a Marriott member it makes it way easier. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. »
