"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. "The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work."
