'Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience.'

'Nice we can park for free next to the hotel. The centre is on walking distance, like 10 minutes. The furniture and beds where a little bit old but all was very clean. We had many delay with the flight so we where just on time for the check-in (23.00). If we where later we had a problem because there is then nobody. Good to know this. We stay for 1 day and for us it’s was perfect! '

'This was truly fantastic, Luca and his lovely wife are careful and passionate hosts who will do their very best to accommodate their guests. We had the quadruple room for 3 nights, it was large and comfortable. Breakfast (with nearly everything home made) is amazing as well. Only thing are the mosquitos near the swimmigpool and on the terrace but this is not something the hosts could do much about. We’ll be back when we come to Volterra !'

'In het voormalige klooster is het goed toeven. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, tenzij je airco verwacht. Voor de winter wel verwarming. Goed ontbijt. Ligt wel wat afgelegen Kwartier lopen naar de stad. Daar is weinig parkeerpaats rond de autoluwe plaats.'

'Ik ben heel erg tevreden Werden heel gastvrij ontvangen, en de eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk, staan voor je klaar in nood , Zeer aan te raden, en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'Our villa was very clean, equipped with important necessities; we were in the ground level villa so we were able to have a car park outside our villa. We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. 'The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. 'Very nice house with fenced swimming pool, ideal for families with small children. Airconditioning only in the bedrooms, but this was not a problem despite a week with every day 30+ °C. The only minor point is that the second bathroom on the first floor is VERY small.'

"Prachtige accommodatie met unieke ligging. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, het restaurant is voortreffelijk, het ontbijt biedt alles wat je kan wensen. Heerlijk geslapen en helemaal tot rust gekomen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!"

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated. Toilet is downstairs only, therefore, during the night we had to walk to wC downstairs every time. - Breakfast is a bit simply, but for 1 or 2 nights should be still okay. - It is possible to choose "no cleaning service" via Tablet in the room, nevertheless, staff did not look at it and continue its service. until we aligned with the reception"
