« Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us, we celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary on the 1st. Your cabin brought us so much peace and serenity that was definitely needed. Mother nature definitely put on a great show for us, we absolutely enjoyed watching the hummingbirds dance around us on the deck, all the birds playing in the river but our absolute favorite piece of your property is listening to the beautiful river and watching the shooting stars that made this trip so magical. ...

« Sandy the caretaker was lovely and did a good job, going out of her way to place fresh flowers and write directions to the park entrance. It has a very nice view and is quiet and remote. Furniture is quality and comfortable. But cats took over the porch, there was no heat, no cell reception, and the well could run out of water at anytime. Be ready for remote living. »

« Loved this cabin! Great porch to sit outside for coffee and the views!! The property had lots of hiking trails and great viewpoints. Gave good recommendations for dinner in town. Parking was easy and great communication in terms of things to do in the area, access to cabin, hiking on property and where to grab essentials! Perfect spot! »

« We enjoyed our stay at The General Sherman cabin. It’s a little small, but fine for a short stay with 4 people. We loved the pool. The nearby shed could be cleaned up better. »

« Perfectly clean!! Beautiful property in a secluded area. Perfect place for a couple or with two small children 15 miles from the giant sequoias. Beautiful scenery from the walk around deck make certain to buy groceries before you end up in this remote area. This is a wonderful destination. »

« Great little cabin. Loved hearing the river nearby. Small, but well equipped kitchen. We brought food that we were able to reheat and enjoy in the evening after visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The air conditioner did a nice job keeping the cabin cool, despite temps getting up into the triple digits during our stay. Easy parking just in front of the cabin. »
