« The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers. »

« Magnifique hôtel de très bon confort. Aménagement intérieur d'une modernité rare aux Philippines. Très grandes chambres. Salle de bain irréprochable. Situé en bordure du centre mais à moins de 10 mn à pied de la cathédrale. A noter l'extrême amabilité de tout le personnel »

« décevant - quand vous voyez les photos, vous pensez à un hotel "heritage" donc ancient. C'est vrai pour les suites dans le bâtiment principal mais ils ont construit un nouveau bâtiment moderne où ils ont tassé un maximum de petites chambres. Chambre très petite, on tourne seulement autour du lit mais sans intimité, puisque l'entrée et l'unique fenêtre donnent sur le couloir public, et donc avec une vue imprenable sur le lit. Et si vous fermez les rideaux, c'est très sombre même avec les lumières...

« This property has excellent, friendly staff. It is right in the heart of historic Vigan City, close to the vibrant town plaza, yet it is tucked in a less crowded location. It has limited parking and is ideal for tourists and guests visiting Vigan on tour buses and commercial transportation. Its restaurant serves popular Filipino dishes with creative localized names and flavors- at reasonable prices. »

« This was a great hotel! Staff was always available. The breakfast service was excellent because they prepared our table out on our room balcony. I felt like royalty. The hotel is also beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean and a nice size. I really enjoyed our stay. The parking was easy and it is in a great location to experience the heart of Vigan City. »

« The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you...

« Excellent staff, always willing to please. Cleanliness is and services are excellent. Free breakfast was really good. The rooms were ready on time. No bugs. Toiletries were provided, and there were trash cans. Hot and cold water showers were available. Fresh towels and beds were nothing to complain about. Walls of houses in the Philippines are not insulated especially during the Hispanic era, so lower your expectations about a noise-free environment. I recommend packing a good noise...

« This is a unique and antique mansion with a lot of history. The furniture is awesome and the place is filled with artefacts. I felt like staying in a museum. The hosts, Maricris and Tony, were kind, pleasant and very helpful. They made me feel home. This was an unforgettable stay. »

« Amazing location within walking distance of major tourist spots including calle crisologo and staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and hot water, and it has that old vigan charm. Cons: the water pressure and wifi signal aren’t very good. »
