You just walk out the door and down the steps to our beautiful deck and right on to the ski mountain and down you go to the gondola. It does not get any better than that for skiers, bikers or hikers. Private country setting with great mountain views. Wayawanda State park is only $10 to enter park to swim the lake, use the beach, rent boats or hike.
They offer the triple play for ski season at a great discounted rate as well as water park packages. Nearby you can enjoy horseback riding, wineries, apple picking, Wayawanda State Park which is great for swiimming, hiking and boating with a nice sandy beach. You can even rent boats at the beautiful lake during the summer season or just lounge at the beautiful mountain top lake. You can also horse back ride, learn archery, go hiking or take advantage of all the great mountain top adventures.
The town of Warwick is a great country town to shop and dine, it is only 10-15 minutes away. For summer fun Mountain creek water park is right nextdoor. New this summer mountain coaster ride & zipline over our mountain lakes. There is also mountain biking, more family fun than ever.

For winter fun we are a direct ski on ski off destination.

3 Bdroom 2 bath condo is a top floor, end unit, slope side. Ski directly to Gondola & new ski lodge. The unit has upgraded lighting, skylights, quality furniture and a great view of the mountain! A large greenhouse window overlooks the woods and ski mountain. You will love the private deck and balcony. When you want to stay in and relax you will enjoy watching cable TV on the new HD 52' TV! We have silver package cable and dvr for you enjoyment.If you want to 'stay in touch' there is Wireless Internet. We also added a new kitchen granite counter top with 50% more counter space and 3 leather bar stools, now you can enjoy eating for 9.

Winter Getaway
We had a very nice time with our family. The condo was in a great location. We loved that we stepped out the door and right onto the slopes. I felt the condo was very outdated and falling apart. The faucet in the kitchen sink didn’t work properly and the oven door was falling apart which made it hard to cook dinners. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I felt the linens could’ve been better too. When I dried myself off after a shower, the towels were so cheap that parts of it stuck to my body. I wish I could give a better review but for the price we paid, many things should’ve been updated!

Nice stay with beautiful views.
Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was very quiet and comfortable. A couple of little things came up which we took care of: we ran out of TP the first night, there was only 1 coffee filter which turned out okay because the coffee pot didn’t work anyway! Everything else was great!

WFH Retreat
The property was a great retreat for us to have a change of scenery as we continue to WFH. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, convenient to great hiking trails, and a few restaurants for takeout. Only suggestion would be to have 2 nice chairs for the deck since the view in the trees is so nice.

A fabulous family ski trip
Our usual rental was taken and we were pleasantly surprised! This unit is right by the ski slope, so you can ski in and ski out. Very spacious and cozy. It’s in the great gorge complex. The owner had a membership to the minerals hotel spa, so we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam after ski. At night it was so comfortable in the condo that we skipped our dinner reservations and decided to dine in. Very recommended.

Great ski weekend!
The condo was true to the listing. Everything a family could ask for. The location was perfect! Loved the ski on and off from the condo so the family got together for lunch, dinner and resting! We could watch the skiers from our living room window and call the kids when it was time for lunch. Difinently coming again!

Property has pretty tree top views. Upon inspection property needs a deep cleaning and has poor lighting getting into the condo. Outside landing lights not working and we had several lamplights that were burned out. Deck benches appear broken and that would be questionable for sitting on. Difficult and many stairs to and from condo. Not good for children or seniors with disabilities.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway!
The condo was exactly what we were looking for--3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 6 to use as we explored the area. We used to it just to sleep, watch a movie and play games. Kitchen was clean, with granite countertops. I would consider using it to make dinner if I returned. You would need a 4 wheel drive car to get to it in the winter.

Beautiful Condo, but not for small children
My rating of only 3 stars is not because of anything wrong with the condo, it just didn't fully meet our needs. You should just be aware when planning. We were there on a family vacation with 3 of our kids, and 2 of our grandchildren. First, the good: -The condo is beautiful, well kept and well equipped. -The owner is responsive to all questions and issues. -The Jacuzzi in the loft bathroom is incredible. The not so good: -The loft bedroom has no wall or door: If you are trying to sleep, you will hear everything from the rest of the condo. -The description makes it clear that to use the facilities of the resort, you would have to drive. There really is NOTHING to do outside the condo without driving. -This is not a place to bring small children. Our grandchildren that were with us are both in strollers. Be warned, there are many, many steps. And if you even just wanted to take a walk outside, there is very little level ground. You will need to push the stroller up and down steep roads. As I said in the beginning, these were issues for us. They might not be concerns for others, but just be keep them in mind.

NJ summer - hiking biking and water sports
Unit was in great location accessible to different parts of NJ to hike and bike and to NY mountains and great shopping. The unit was really cute with 2 bedrooms and a great loft with its own bathroom. The kitchen is galley style but completely functional with coffee maker and toaster. the outdoor pools are really nice and Mountain Creek which is basically next door is fantastic during the summer. If you are planning a trip especially during ski season this is the place to stay.
