Vera Al-Andalus, brand new apartment in the exclusive Al-Andalus complex

Vera Al-Andalus is a brand new apartment set in the Al Andalus Thalassa complex, located midway between the historical market town of Vera and the beautiful and unspoilt blue flag beaches of Vera Playa.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a charming Andalucian-style two-storey house. It has been tastefully decorated with rural-style furnishings.

It consists of two double bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is fully-fitted and well-equipped. The spacious living/dining room (equipped with TV and CD player) leads onto an attractive terrace which overlooks the gardens.

A covered allocated parking space is also included.

The complex: Al Andalus Thalassa is a luxurious residential complex with controlled access. The sea, the swimming pools and the Spa waters play a leading role in this urbanisation. Hence the name Thalassa, which is Greek for 'sea'. The houses, in a distinctive Andalusian style, enjoy views of the Mediterranean sea, and are laid out around extensive leafy gardens, adorned with pretty arches and fountains and pleasant shaded areas. There are two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children. There are tennis and paddle ball courts, a boules area and a playing area for young children.

The spa and fitness centre: The Spa and Fitness Centre at Al Andalus Thalassa is what makes this complex a cut above the rest. At the Spa you will be able to enjoy the facilities of an exclusive spa centre with views over the Mediterranean. Here everything revolves around the pleasure of looking after yourself with the benefits that water provides, offering you an irresistible bonus in terms of quality of life.
The large heated pool enables you to enjoy healthy bathing all year round. The jacuzzis work with jets of warm water and help to solve sleep problems. The water jet circuit is among the pillars of hydrotherapy due to both its relaxing and toning effects. The pressure exerted on the body relaxes the mind and relieves day-to-day tensions. It is ideal for cases of muscular pain or contractions.
The Finnish sauna is a dry heat bath which is highly effective in helping to relieve stress and recover your physical-mental balance. It is also the healthiest way to purify and regenerate your skin.

Immer wieder
Ich komme mit meiner Familie bereits zum zweiten Mal in diese Wohnung. Alle sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation ist super gut. Die Gastgeber sind ganz herzlich! Es spricht für sich, dass wir bereits zweimal vor Ort waren. Und wir werden auch viele weitere Male kommen. Darauf freuen wir uns schon wahnsinnig. Bis bald aus Norddeutschland!

Tranquilidad y buen tiempo garantizado
Hemos estado muy a gusto, el lugar es muy tranquilo y familiar por lo menos en la época del año en la que hemos ido. Al apartamento le hace falta unos pequeños arreglos, los soportes de las duchas bailan, en los baños poca luz y faltan colgadores, para 4 la vajilla se queda un poco justa, por el resto genial, ropa de cama y toallas de sobra, la terraza cumple su función y en el apartamento no se escucha nada de otros pisos.

Apartamento precioso para desconectar totalmente. Cerca de la playa, supermercados,etc... Terraza orientada a la piscina ideal para ver a los niños. La urbanización fantástica, el apartamento está bien aunque escaso en el menaje de cocina. El mobiliario de terraza básico y poco sombrío en la hora de la comida, lo que impide poder comer en la terraza.

Lugar agradable para desconectar
Apartamento bien cuidado en un complejo muy agradable y con amplias zonas comunes y con vigilancia. Se necesita el coche para llegar a la playa o a los supermercados, pero por la noche eso hace que se esté mucho más tranquilo y sea un lugar muy bueno para descansar.

La sorpresa al entrar no pudo ser mejor. Fuimos con una niña de 4 años, y decir que estaba equipado y que es perfecto para ir con niños es quedarme muy corta. No echamos nada en falta. Nevera y lavadora era lo que esperábamos. Tenia cafetera, cadena de musica, television, DVD, lavavajillas, 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado, tendedero, tostadora, y cualquier cosa de cocina que pudieras necesitar. Todo impecable y el detalle de tener hasta bayeta y estropajo nuevos. La ubicación dentro de la urbanización perfecta. Desde el balcón veíamos la piscina, y teníamos la puerta de entrada a pocos pasos. Leyla, la chica que nos hizo la entrega de las llaves, se puso en contacto con nosotros el día que teníamos que llegar, y estuvo atenta en todo momento a como iba el viaje y a la hora que llegábamos para venir a recibirnos. La única espinita que se nos quedó fue no poder despedirnos de ella para decirle en persona lo encantados que hemos estado allí. Ya estamos valorando volver el próximo verano 😊

Schöne Ferienanlage
Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hat einen direkten Blick auf den Pool. Leider wird das Appartement sehr heiß und die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Wir waren im Juni dort und es war nicht viel los. Vera ist ein reiner Ferienort mit vielen Appartementanlagen, das muss man mögen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min am Strand und beim nächsten Supermarkt. Fährt man etwas weiter findet man durchaus schöne Badebuchten, die Mitte Juni noch relativ wenig besucht sind.

Property seemed fine on arrival and Leila was very good at welcoming us. We picked this particular property because of the lovely gardens and outside pools which were in a gated enclosure. Sadly the area was closed and not accessible during our stay which was extremely disappointing as this was not mentioned when we booked! Fortunately we had a car to go to the beach 10 minutes away. Although there was an indoor pool this is not quite the same on a beautiful sunny day. The property itself was fine apart from a very large area of damp down the wall in the double bedroom and also rather a dangerous iron with exposed live wires.

Fantástica estancia y alojamiento.
Alojamiento perfecto. Muy completo y con todo lo que hemos necesitado. Apartamento muy luminoso y muy bien situado, enfrente de la piscina. Conexión a internet rapidísima de fibra óptica, que mis hijos han utilizado para sus contenidos, Netflix y demás. El apartamento, super limpio y la persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada muy atenta en todo momento. El entorno es increíble con un montón de cosas para descubrir. Repetiremos seguro.

Apartamento muy completo y tranquilo
Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Vera. El apartamento está muy bien y muy completo. El trato con el propietario, muy correcto y atento. Somos propietarios de un restaurante en Zaragoza e hicimos turismo gastronómico. La gastronomía de la zona es excelente.Recomendamos también excursiones a las playas del Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata.

Vera es un lugar increíble. Multitud de actividades para realizar en familia. En cuanto al apartamento, todo impecable.
