And yet it was hidden away so that it was peaceful at night. (With the exception of one night that the person in the apartment above paced the floor all night.) I would definitely stay there again.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. It has the charm and design of a glorious old space with the amenities of a truly modern kitchen and bathroom. The space is well appointed with paintings and sculpture as if it is an extension of the Beaux Arts Museum across the street. You can walk anywhere in Bordeaux from here, or take a nearby tram if you wish. '

They provide everything you will need except an elevator, requiring a climb of two flights of stairs to the flat. Staying there is definitely worth the exercise. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious, light-filled apartment. Everything was clean and in excellent condition, and the modern kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Location could not be better - in the pedestrian area near the opera house, and many restaurants. It was a 5-minute walk to get groceries. Communication with the property manager, Lucie, was very easy, and she assisted us with several special requests/arrangements. We would recommend the flat for adult couples -- our party of 4...
