« The house was as displayed on the site. Proactive owner with communications, great quiet neiborhood. House interior could benefit by some minor upgrade: rusted ventilation grid, dirty shower ceiling, damaged chair in bedroom. Sofa bed in living room was not very comfortable for sleepers, even though we were not expecting a A bed either from a sofa bed. Overall we managed to have great vacations. Thanks »

« This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host. »
