'The Chateau Laurier is a historic property that the Fairmont has cared for well. The staff in the restaurants, especially for High Tea and dinner, were exceptional. Room service is a different story. Several times our orders were completely wrong - they brought a salad instead of the entree salmon for example. Most surprising was Saturday night at 11 PM we were told that no alcohol was avaialble and that they did not have any food for the offered cheese platter and the charcuterie platter...

'This is a nice hotel, its not as modern as others in the area but i love that about it. The only thing i think could be looked into are the windows, i found them to be quite drafty, the bathroom was particularly cold becasue of this.'

'Er is een kleine parkeergarage van het hotel zelf, maar vlak daarnaast ook een openbare parkeergarage, waardoor je makkelijk met je bagage het hotel in kan. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de receptie. ‘s Ochtends een uitgebreid ontbijt. '
