« Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights. »

« The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! « We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia! »

« Il n’y a pas de volet et les stores laissaient passer la lumière. De plus, l’appartement donnait sur une rue et notre étage sur une voie rapide. Nous n’avons pas vraiment pu fermer l’œil pendant la semaine. Mais cette appartement la fait. Neuf et bien équipé !! Lit super confortable. TV dernière génération. Une cuisine… oui mais pas de plaque chauffante ni de four… donc cuisine au microonde pendant une semaine. Ouverture par code. Propre (établissement à l’intérieur). Le Bronx ne fait pas...
