The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort. Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. « The staff are friendly, willing to help and they are able to set up tours and taxis for you. We liked the restaurant in the resort and found it to be delicious. We also liked that the pool was opened late. They have a great bar, cafe and gift shop as well. We stayed in one of the Cabanas and there is a hammock so you can enjoy the spectacular view from the enclosed porch. We would definitely stay again. »
