« The property was nicely set off of the quiet dirt road that it is on. Everything is well taken care of and seems basically new. Lots of space for the 2 of us, even for 4 it would still be great. The communication was excellent, she would respond within a couple minutes. Great views of the sky during the evenings and some good opportunities for observing some wildlife in the adjoining field. »

« We loved the stay at the Apres’ Haus. Katie is a wonderful host. She promptly responded to our questions and meticulously prepared the house for our stay. The amenities of this house were completely satisfying and the location is tranquil and peaceful for a perfect getaway at the UP. A great place to make memories with friends and family. »

« We were here for four days. It is amazing! The building was newly renovated, comfortable and attractive. There are three miles of mowed trails. The property is lovely, lots of deer, birds and ducks. It is private with little light pollution, giving you a wonderful view of the stars and planets. The Milky Way was brilliant. We are looking forward to returning this winter to Cross Country Ski. »

« Everything was great with our stay. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The lake views and the peaceful setting was just what we needed! Copper Falls State Park is a gem and the hiking was incredible! The town of Mellen is a quaint little town with a nice bar and grill. « Chalet is in a perfect location if your goal is to access whitecap for skiing. The ski in/out was awesome! The house is as pictured and in need of some updating, but is a place to rest easily in the evening after skiing. Owners are responsive if needed! »
