Maison de plage magnifiquement meublée sur Tybee Island à quelques pas de l'océan. Située à l'extrémité sud de Tybee Island, cette maison est idéale pour ceux qui cherchent vraiment à se détendre et à profiter du calme et de la tranquillité, tout en restant à distance de marche des commerces de proximité, des restaurants et de la jetée de Tybee. Tybee trip

Great location, right off the beach at the south end of the island. Lovely view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Two different decks with great views and plenty of lounging options. Quick walk to shops and restaurants as well, which was wonderful. The water in the kitchen sink didn’t work, and some of the methods to contact the management office didn’t work. However an emergency contact number was easily available.

Good location, great view from master bedroom deck. Pots and pans were new. Unfortunately the day we were arriving received a phone call from property manager letting us know the refrigerator wasn’t working, but they would have a new one the next day. People did come to deliver fridge but couldn’t because they needed a plumber. Never received an update from manager and didn’t have a fridge for our stay. Called manager about dishwasher not working and never got a call back. Very poor communication.

Amazing view, but outdated, dirty house

The view is absolutely amazing, but the property not so much! The house seems like it has been forgotten about. The outside and inside desperately need a detailed cleaning. I sprayed air fresheners and cleaned with Lysol, but the house still smelled old and musty. We left a whole day early because the bed was so uncomfortable and the awning over the balcony flapped so loudly it kept us awake every night. We've stayed at several properties all over Tybee and unfortunately this one was the worst. We won't stay here again! Sleep and cleanliness are very important to us!

2 day stay in tybee

Beautiful condo- great location and gorgeous decks looking out at the ocean. But 1st morning - woke up to a generator and roofers surround the condo 5 feet from our “tranquil” deck. They were finally gone by 4:30, but ruined our day there. So sad. So so loud, trucks and a crane infront of our deck.

Lovely location

We had a great stay at this location. The view was absolutely amazing! We had easy access to the beach and were within walking distance to many restaurants. Each night thunderstorms rolled in allowing us to view the most spectacular lightning we have ever seen. With these storms, however, came wind which caused the awning to make lots of noise at night. Despite this factor, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable view and amazing stay with some minor details

First-we had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. The view was unmatched and I would go back for that aspect of this rental alone. Arrival and departure were made extremely easy with the app provided. No hiccups, and finding the unit was also pretty easy. Parking was spacious and protected. We were steps away from the beach. The listing is extremely accurate with some upgrades made to the bedding. What you see is what you get. The furniture and overall decor, including patio furniture and beds could stand to be updated, as it tended to be slightly uncomfortable and a little outdated. The layout of the living room was somewhat awkward with the TV being in the corner next to the couch rather than in front of it. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty small and firm, but the patio access and view from there was unbeatable. The master bathroom was also gorgeous and featured a skylight as well as an adorable vanity which I very much enjoyed. The TV in the bedroom was crooked, but a very nice size. The kitchen was very well-stocked in terms of appliances, and the unit even includes a washer and dryer which was super handy. I was able to prepare a few small meals with no problems. In terms of cleanliness, the space was clean, but could have been a little cleaner. One of the drawers had either roach droppings or crumbs (not sure), but we didn’t end up needing anything from that section. Overall, we had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and decks

The best features of this property are the wonderful decks with comfortable furniture and the fantastic location. That made it easy to overlook the tired appliances (stove/oven had some working burners and heats at 350 but not adjustable) and aging bathrooms (no handle on the upstairs shower). If you don’t mind older mattresses, tvs and fixtures you will love this place—the location is second to none.

Perfect location for a beach stay

There were some hiccups during the check in process, but the property manager was very responsive in fixing the issues. Property was spotless and perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would gladly book this place again!
