'The house was pretty and spacious. Overall, it could have used minor upkeep through the property. The exterior cushions had no padding anymore and the table outside was almost collapsed. Most concerning was the rope on the stairway was dislodged from the first tread, and where the second floating tred attached to the wall it was actually loose and swayed when you stepped on it.
