« I was nervous based on other reviews, but it appears the property manager has been listening. We had no issues with how the place was stocked: toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, and basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, etc) were there. « Great place, but no A/C. We were there in July and it was unreasonable hot in the upstairs bedrooms to the point of not being able to sleep. The fans provided were adorable, but not enough to make a dent with keeping the air circulated. Keep this in mind during the summer, it will be HOT in that house and unbearable. Also, it would have been nice to be notified that there is a “fee” to use the pool/fitness area. $10.00 per person per day and another $2.00 for a towel. »

« And there are not a lot of those! There is road and train noise you can read abt in the reviews and see location on the map but there are nice fans in each bedroom and we ran ours on low and it helped. The street is quaint and adjacent to newly developed river walking trails. The historic nature of the property is cool and helps appreciate some of the space issues - tight front bathroom but also applaud the modern inclusions - spacious full kitchen and dining room! « Interior was as advertised in photos and previous reviews. Best part of the house for our family was it’s proximity to the Village with quick and easy access via the Northstar shuttle system. Overall it’s a comfortable house with decent furnishings and adequate kitchenware. Linens and towels were all nice/adequate. All systems worked well, though we did not think to bring our own matches/lighter for the wood burning stoves. Some minor issues to consider for improving the house’s quality:...

« House was nice, comfortable and clean. Need more forks😂 only have 8 total so lots of washing before meals and snacks. Front door entry was difficult at best, code is long and directions were not clear. Lots of steps up to house and inside, hard for anyone with mobility issues. »
