« Our short stay went well. We were only there for 2 nights with our dog but found the property owner and her dogs very nice. There are four pugs who you'll likely see a few times during your stay, so be aware of your pets if you bring them. The main house where the property owner lives is just far enough away to provide privacy. Everything was clean and well kept. »

« We were looking for a clean, comfortable, safe and quite rental near the town of Custer, SD and this property fit perfectly. It was located very close to Custer but situated so that it felt more like a stay in the mountains. There were 5 adults in our party and the home fit our group comfortably. We would stay here again. »

« We stayed at Frenchy’s Hideaways in the Black Hills. It is a perfect location for visiting Mount Rushmore, Custer Stare Park, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse, and the Needles Hwy. Such a beautiful area! The cabin was perfect for my husband, dog and myself. With a full kitchen, we weren’t forced to eat out every day and had more time to explore the area. The location was perfect as a central spot for us be able to visit the areas we were hoping to see. »

« I highly recommend this cabin in the hills! The location is so close to Sylvan Lake and the Needles Highway (a must visit for us every time) but still close enough to get back and forth to Spearfish Canyon for a hike. The cabin itself was spotless and the kitchen is stocked with any cooking pot/pan/gadget you could ever need. 10/10. »
