'The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The updates are beautiful. We loved the lake views and surroundings. The only issue was the upstairs neighbors were very loud. Other than that we loved our stay.'

'We wanted to stay somewhere near our wedding venue and this beautiful location was about 10 minutes away! It was clean, check in was seamless, and we loved the lake view. You just have to be sure to list any and everyone you would need to be able to come in the gate, because the security guards truly won't let anyone in otherwise! Luckily, the host is super responsive.'

'Traveled to lake Conroe for a weekend stay. Have stayed in April Sound previously and it's a great area. This property is located close to the clubhouse and of definitely recommend. Property manager was very responsive! '

'I arranged a stay here for my husband and three sons for his birthday. My husband is a small business owner who works a lot of hours and really needs a break and to enjoy the boys. Host went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Even had bait and other small touches. I really can’t articulate in words how much I really needed them to get in some good r&r and how much that meant. They loved it! 100% recommend. Sorry this review is way overdue. Thank you from my entire family!'

'The views in the picture don’t do justice. It’s way nicer in person. The host really thought of everything and paid attention to the small details. They have a fenced grass area between the condo and water with a pool and private dock. This condo is on the third story and the elevator is on the smaller side. Parking is good with plenty of shade. But aside from that, you will have a blast here'

'This trip was a lifesaver! We booked it last minute and were blown away by how much fun our family had. There was something for everyone to enjoy from splashing around in the water park and pool, to challenging each other at mini golf and basketball. The kids (and adults!) definitely appreciated the delicious snow cones and ice cream. What really made the trip stand out, though, was the incredible staff. 'This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay. '
