« Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. « Great place for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was so much for the kids to do. We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Only downfall for us is they didn’t give us enough towels for our room as they kept giving us 3 towels for our family of 5 and we had to ask for more. « This place would have been 5 stars but the ac in our unit didn’t work. For us this is a huge inconvenience as even at home we like it 68 when we sleep. It was above 75 in our room, and we found out other units had broken ac. Everything else was fantastic, and really wanted to give them 5 stars. »
