Enjoy breathtaking views of Tampa Bay, Florida from our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium that will accommodate a total of 4 people. You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. Come down and take part in Tampa Bay! This condo will make memories the whole family will cherish! It is located directly on the Tampa Bay Rocky Point Island. Its close enough to all the major attractions on the island but far enough away that everyone can get a good night's sleep if they want. Want to go to the beach? The condo is directly on the Tampa Bay water. It is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, and Reddington Beach. More of a pool person? The condo has a large heated swimming pool. Looking for the perfect place to watch the sunset? This condo balcony faces West over the salt flats so you see Nature's nightly show from the comfort of your own place. Want to take the family on a boat ride, jet ski or fish? We know whom to call and get a discounted rate! Wondering what restaurant serves the best frozen cocktails on the island? We can tell you where to go. Want to know what activities are good for young and old alike? We can offer lots of suggestions that will make this the best vacation your family has ever had. A 1 Queen size bedroom with full bathroom. Bathroom contains towels, soaps, hairdryer. TV and spacious closet located in the bedroom. Open living room kitchen area with bar and seating for dining. Full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, with full kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, and cleaning materials. Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything! Our calendar is constantly changing, so if you are interested in specific dates that say 'booked' just EMAIL ME TO BE SURE if the condo is available.

Close to airport, St Petersburg, Tampa and all the fun places. Beautiful Bay view - gorgeous sunsets. Morning & night deck relaxing/private moments worth the experience. Andrea supported our stay with top notch suggestions and assurance that we were going to enjoy our stay. Can’t say enough about the property and Andrea. The pool and bar topped everything off on the property- from morning coffee/breakfast to special sunset drinks. We will be back.

Lovely waterfront setting - quiet, felt private, and had that special sunset view that did not disappoint. Condo was fantastic, many extra touches that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. Very clean (and I am particular). Host communication was outstanding and within minutes. Host extremely helpful and kind with information on the area, if we needed any assistance, we were covered. View of the sunset was amazing, we even saw dolphins in the bay right in front of the balcony. Location is great, was peaceful and private. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay at Sailport Waterfront! Andrea our host was amazing. She was aways available to answer any questions. We really liked the location it worked out perfect for all the places we had to go and all were apx 15 min away. The pool, bar and food all were excellent! We will come back again!

We loved the views and proximity to several excellent restaurants. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Parking was easy and getting everywhere was easy from Rocky Point. If we were to return to Tampa, we would definitely consider this location.

My husband and I flew in from STL for a weekend getaway to attend the Kenny Chesney concert. The condo was absolutely perfect for us and we loved the private feel of the balcony. Having The Big Bamboo on site was also a big perk, we spent a lot of time there for meals and drinks. Andrea is an amazing host and did an excellent job communicating with us prior to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Fun place to stay as pool/bar area allows for socializing with others staying at Sailport. Guard entrance employees were very friendly. Jet skiing was a blast. The view and sunsets were amazing in this unit.

Fantastic Stay

This condo was perfect for us in the thirty somethings age group! Spring break was in full swing yet this place was very peaceful. The ease of the condo being right by the stairs was wonderful. Views were great. Andrea was wonderful and beyond helpful. Be sure to ask her for food recommendations. If we are ever back in Tampa, we’ll be calling Andrea again for a place to stay.

Great location, restaurant and private beach. Unit was outdated, needed more fine tuning on cleanliness of unit. Birds at the facility were pretty annoying. Restaurant/bar/staff were fabulous. Would prefer different unit and some reviews I based decision on was somewhat inaccurate.

Clean and comfortable third-floor condo with a fantastic view of the bay. Nice amenities at the property. Great spot also, exploring many neighborhoods in Tampa and Saint Pete about 30 minutes from everything. Communication with the host was awesome.

This condo was perfect in every way! Our goal for this vacation was to kick back and relax. A short 6 minute drive from Tampa International found a place of serenity, magnificent views and sunsets. The owner communicated throughout our stay, making sure all was well. The unit was meticulous , and nicely appointed . The poolside bar offered good food and excellent libations. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sad to leave. Hope to return!
