'My stay at the Trang An was great! The staff is extremely nice, they help whenever they can. They went above and beyond when we asked for something, for example when we asked if we could get into our room a bit earlier, how to get from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and when we asked to do our laundry pretty last minute. They even gave us an extra bottle of water when we were on the way to the next destination. Highly recommend this place!'

'This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ...

They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. 'Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab...
