Northshore Condo de Pinedo

Great Lake Tahoe emplacement, à proximité du lac, boutiques et restaurants ou juste un court trajet en voiture au ski à Alpine Meadows et Squaw Valley USA. Cette spacieuse de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains maison a aménagement agréable, nouveau tapis et la literie et offre beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis. Il y a une télévision à écran plat et DVD dans le salon et d'une télévision / VHS combo et l'ordinateur dans la chambre des maîtres. La grande terrasse est idéal pour se divertir ou se détendre au soleil. Il est Wi-Fi dans l'unité. Le complexe de condominiums Northshore est entouré de pins et possède une belle plage privée de sable blanc avec une jetée en eau profonde le long de la rive nord de Tahoe. Les clients d’été ont un accès privé à la piscine et aux courts de tennis, aux terrains de pickle ball et aux terrains de pétanque. Il y a des chaises et des parasols, premier arrivé, premier servi. Le stationnement dans ce complexe est autorisé, avec un maximum de 2 voitures. L'emplacement est idéal, près du lac, des magasins et des restaurants, ou à quelques minutes en voiture du ski à Alpine Meadows et à Squaw Valley USA.

I liked the beach and pool access. The upstairs bedroom was very hot with no AC. All the room would require is a window unit air conditioner. Please install for the comfort of your summertime guests

Great summer stay

Location is ideal with a short walk to private beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Short drive to Tahoe City and ski resorts. Inside is a bit dated and TV set-up should probably be updated, but roomy and comfortable with a perfect deck for chilling or having dinner. Very good value.

Great customer service! Nice stay at great location

We were quite happy with our stay - the location was great, parking and check-in was easy, and there was plenty of space. What really stood out was the customer service, however. We had initially booked for a weekend that got completely snowed out - our host proactively contacted us to help move our reservation date with no hassle, no fees, or anything like that. We really appreciated it, since it would have been impossible to get to Tahoe for the original reservation, and they made things easy for us. We would gladly book with them again!

Great place and great location.

Hall Family Stay

Beautiful location. Place is very clean but dated. Could use some upgrades in the kitchen and deck area. Make sure to bring shampoo and essentials. Kayaks and paddle boards are not included, beach access with umbrellas and chairs only. Had a great stay!

Townhome is in a beautiful location with beach access. All original appliances and fixtures from 1974. Would be nice to have some soap in the shower and extra toilet paper but it was an inexpensive place to stay.

Great ski cabin!

We just stayed here for a month. It was amazing! Cabin is super cozy and easy. Only tough thing is the wifi is pretty bad, so its hard to work from here. We were told it would get upgraded during our stay but it never happened. But if you are here to be with people, sit by a cozy fireplace, and ski; it's an incredible spot. Only a few minutes from all the restaurants in Tahoe City as well which is super fun.

Bring your own soap

We had a nice stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Most of what you'd need was there. We found it kind of odd there was no soap in the showers. Either provide some kind of body wash or state clearly in your posting that none is provided.

Great spot for a weekend ski trip!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend during one of the largest winter storms in Tahoe and we were so thankful we did! The condo itself is located super close to Tahoe City and doesn’t have any steep slopes to get to - which is fantastic for heavy snow days. We had some friends who had their cars snowed in during the same weekend, and we were able to get ours out with less than an hour of shoveling. The gas fireplace was also super easy to use and a lifesaver for us. The kitchen was very well stocked for our couple of home cooked meals. Overall a great, convenient and well-priced stay - would highly recommend!

Everything was great except check in process

Stay was good but check in details were never provided. I reached out to the number provided and was told they would send the check code immediately. 1 hour went by, no code. I called back and got the same answer. Hung up and waited 30 minutes to no avail. Called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes while the code was retrieved. A lot more details that added to my frustration but are not included. All of this happened at 7:30 - 9:30 PM btw.

End of summer get away.

Very nice property, the only reason i didn’t give it a 5 star rating, was the unusually warm temps made the upstairs room very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Northshore Town Home

The town home was easy to find and get into. We found it to be clean and comfortable, slightly dated. They have recently updated the carpets. We did find that the oven did not work properly. We ended up using the toaster oven. One thing not mentioned on the description is that there is no air conditioning. It was very stuffy during the day. We closed the windows and blinds to help keep the heat out and then opened the windows at night. They do have small fans in all the bedrooms and also one window fan for the master upstairs. None of the units have air conditioning, but it would have been nice going into the rental.

Great location for family trip

We loved our stay! Walked my kiddos down to the beach and drove into town for little adventures. The house was simply but adequately appointed, which was particularly nice with small children who like to touch everything. Many thanks for the perfect escape from the smoke and the city.

Comfortable Property w great location

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 10-12) enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Proximity was fantastic to a private beach as part of the condo community, tahoe city right down the street for food and groceries. Paddleboard rentals nearby in Tahoe City at Commons beach was minutes away by car. Overall we had a great experience and would return again.

Good basic condo with easy access to beach

Not a luxury stay, but clean, quiet, and close to the beach. We got the sense that the owners don't invest a lot in the rental unit -- inexpensive linens, stained carpet, old appliances, plastic table on the deck, etc -- but everything did seem clean and worked, so we can't complain too much. After all, we picked this place because it was more affordable than other rentals of similar size in the area.

Northshore Condo

Easy check in process and clean unit. Favorite part was the beach! Chairs and umbrellas provided with plenty of space, not over crowded. Will definitely be back!
