This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat sleeps 7 guests comfortably, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or a romantic getaway. The master bedroom upstairs features a plush queen bed and twin bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet, perfect for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. The downstairs bedroom has two double beds and ample closet space, accompanied by a bathroom conveniently located next to it. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV to ensure entertainment during your downtime. There are also ceiling fans and bedside lamps with charging ports!

Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. Pool area of resort is only available April 1-October 1.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access.
*Resort/Pool access is only available April 1-October 1.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/Dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spaces provided in front of unit. No additional spaces will be provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6.No motorcycles, golfcarts, trailers permitted.
