« Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay. »

« We really had a good time the room is amazing and the property is awesome it's in the Trump international Beach resort and it was an unbelievable experience even though we didn't have no room service from the hotel because it's private owned we had a really good time... One thing about the clean when we arrived I found hair from the previous people but because the room and the property was so beautiful I didn't make a fuss out of it. »

« Overall location of property is great for Sunny isles and quick walk to the beach across the street. Beach area is beautiful and relaxing. Property itself could use a little love and pictures online make property look more fresh and updated then the actual. I’ll say the host is very good at communicating and seems very nice. « We stayed in 2 units - one of which was fine. But the 2nd unit was horrible. There was a leaky roof with old and obvious damage to the ceiling. There is no way we were the first ones to note the constant leaking when it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. They kept telling us they’d come to fix it, but it never happened. There was no hot water in the master shower for the entirety of our stay. Again, they promised they would repair it, but never showed. The AC only...

« This was nice place for our family of 5, accommodated us all very well and had plenty of room to spread out. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Only complaints are that we wish the balcony door locked and there was an entry rug to keep the dirt contained there, cause I swept more than I wanted. »
