« Overall our stay was amazing. The house was adorable and everything was updated. The only downside was getting up to the steps from the driveway. The steps to the house were all new but the rock steps were hard to maneuver with a bad foot. Beautiful views and memories made! »

« This lovely property is spacious, comfortable, well-maintained and fully stocked with everything you expect to find in a condo. It has a gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain from both balcony's which was unexpected! The parking area is right outside your door, which makes for easy access with luggage, groceries, etc. The owners are easy to contact should you have any issues and will handle anything that may surface quickly and easily. We will definitely stay here again! »

« We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! « We visited as a quick trip for a LMC event. The location was perfect for accessibility. We loved being able to sit and watch the ski slopes. Even though it was summer, it was still fun to watch the cyclists come down the mountain. We appreciated the starter set of toiletries and cleaning supplies. We didn’t have to buy anything! The reason for only 3 stars was the smell of mothballs. It was overpowering. We tried opening windows and spraying air freshener but it was too strong. »

« The property was great! This was a ski trip for my college aged children and their friends. We had room for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably and had the garage/game room for some of the kids to play pool and games. I would recommend this house. We had a small issue with the internet and hot tub which was addressed promptly. »

« Not only is this townhome located ideally for scenic views & a great skiing experience, but the decor & amenities are amazing! The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure her guests have every supply, the kitchen has excellent cookware, the additional soft blankets are cuddle worthy, & the furniture is exquisite down to the lamps & wall decor.We can’t wait to return! »

« Everything was as pictured and listed. The area is beautiful and the cabin setting was fantastic with the stream running under the cabin. It was well stocked and we had a great 3 days even though it rained every day. The management was great helping us with a couple of minor issues and even brought new gas tanks for the grill before dinner. We will have this cabin on our list for another trip. »

« Took my 2 teenage kids skiing at Sugar Mountain and this location was perfect! Ski in/out onto an easy blue slope (Birch) and maybe 5 minutes if you need to drive down to the sugar mountain lodge. Plenty of space for us with 2 bedrooms (not pullout couch) for us to rest. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. »

« We enjoyed our family trip to Sugar Mountain! Great house, plenty of room. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the deck. Convenient location to the places we wanted to visit. »

« The house and location was absolutely beautiful we had a great time the only issue we had was the septic tank was full 3days into our 6 day stay and it was never punped the entire time and had issues with the toilets flushing and the septic leaking sewage down the yard. »

« Over all the property is great inside. However, there are no trail markings from the parking space to the unit. It is down the staircase and around behind two other units. There isn't a marked proper path. We had to hike in over roots, uneven surfaces and overexposed wires and lose stones to get to the property. You enter in the basement and have to climb up a tiny spiral staircase to get to main living area. We came back in the dark and had to use our phones as flashlights to find our way in....

« This cabin did not disappoint! It was easily accessible and located in a great community, close to restaurants, shopping, sites, events, etc. The pictures of this cabin are accurate. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The items supplied were plentiful and met our needs. The communication with Vacasa was excellent.
