Hôtels de luxe à Sud-est du Michigan

« Mal accueillis à la reception. Aucunes explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Je n’ai pas reçu les crédits de consolation qui étaient spécifiés dans la réservation. La moitier des restaurants sont fermés. L’accès aux bains à remous est en supplément et fermé très tôt. Mes draps étaient troués. Cet hôtel n’est pas au niveau auquel il pretend »

« Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »

« It was ok. Not a great first impression as there is a big sign saying no smoking but the reception smells like cold tobacco. Then the reception person was not very welcoming and looked like she wanted to go back to her talk with her friend. The bedroom was ok. The bed was nice and clean, but there was some hair on the towels and the floor was sticky in some spots. Spotty wifi, coming back and forth and very weak by moments (not enough for a Zoom call for work). Didn’t feel very safe but I...

« The Royal Park hotel is bringing back the thoughtful art of service. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to see family and recharge, then knowing that the staff was going out of their way to be helpful made everything that much easier. »
