« Well kept, clean. Toilet paper holder was broken and it wouldn’t have taken that much to fix it. First impressions/appearance…just would have looked better. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. »

« This is a motel type property, that has been well cared for and recently updated. It was very clean, bedding smelled super fresh and clean, and it was a comfortable stay. Also, they have started serving a small continental breakfast, which was handy! »

« We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage. »

« We were very disappointed to be charged extra for our kids at check-in. When booking the hotel I entered my 2 kids and their ages. The price I paid for the room should have included all of us as we were all in the reservation. When I checked in they made me pay even more for the kids. I definitely felt cheated. I would have chosen a different hotel for the price I end up paying. Jay was great at breakfast. We liked him and thought he did a great job. »
