« The house didn’t have any full length mirror nor did it have electrical outlets in the bathrooms. Couldn’t use the tv to stream a movie on cable. Pool had a large tube in it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. »

« We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. « Two couples stayed at Ravensyn Villa for 4 nights in April of 2023. We arrived late and were met promptly by Julian, our representative from the management company. He showed us all the bells and whistles of the home, of which there are many: pool, security system, washer/dryer, and daily housekeeping schedule. The home is beautiful and worked well for 2 couples and we would definitely stay again if our travels take us take to Cape Town. »

« Great location and facilities with wonderful outdoor area, all very well maintained. Warm welcome from the owner. Worth mentioning no curtailment to electricity usage during load shedding as there is an excellent 24 hour back up system in place. Will definitely book again. »

« We were fortunate to spend two months enjoying Graham’s home in Newlands. He was quick to address our minimal concerns and made sure that the home was well cared for throughout our stay with x3/week cleanings and regularly gardening. The home is well designed and laid out. There are many cozy spots in the house, but the sun room with all the doors open is simply the best. Our sons played for hours in the garden and the pool is a great size for exercise and play. »
