Ce magnifique cottage privé Beach est situé à Indian Shores Fl.
Emplacement idéal sur la plage avec vue sur la baie d'eau. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou pour une escapade romantique pour 2 personnes. Sortez par la porte arrière et flânez sur la plage de sable blanc. Cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain complètes et un grand salon. Vous pouvez regarder le coucher du soleil dans le golfe du Mexique tous les jours de ce chalet de plage.
Profitez de la vieille Floride. Le golfe du Mexique et la plage privée de sable blanc sont à votre porte. Wade sur le sable peu profond à explorer pour les coquillages et les dollars de sable, ou traverser la rue pour regarder les yachts passer et pêcher dans la baie. Old Timers appelle cette partie de l'île "The Narrows" où le sable est juste assez large pour une seule rangée de maisons. Vous êtes entouré de beauté. Plage derrière vous, Bay en face de vous .... Il ne va pas beaucoup mieux que cela!

Cozy older cottage, not a modern condo!
We were pleased with the charm of the older cottage (built 1945) that has been equipped with most anything required for a quiet secluded stay. Everything worked as it should. Amenities like beach chairs, towels and even outdoor barbecue were all in working order, even though in a used condition. We had no reason to call on the host aside from originally struggling with the key-lock box that we eventually overcame in the dark of night. Although there is no view of the beach or gulf from the cottage, it’s a short 50 steps to the beautiful beach. There is ample parking for a normal sized vehicle on the south of the cottage as well as parking for a small car in front of the door. Although the weather did not cooperate, we would come back and stat again.

What A Disappointment
When we walked in the door, I literally thought we were in the wrong property. I wasn't prepared for the shabby, rundown appearance of the cottage. Whoever gave this place a 9 or 10 must be friends or relatives of the owner.Close to the beach - yes. However, you can't have the windows open and hear the water. All you can hear is the traffic zooming by the front door. And, most of the windows won't open.The 2nd bathroom is off the kitchen - disgusting! Not only is the toilet steps away from the refrigerator, it is falling apart. The whole place could use an in-depth cleaning and paint job.There were three sad, rusty sand chairs and a basket of threadworn beach towels. The outdoor area is surrounded by taller buildings and there is no privacy.The whole experience there was a disappointment.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had before arriving. Check in/out was easy. The cottage could use a little updating-paint and light bulbs, but it in no way took away from its charm and location. We would stay here again.

Quaint Little Bungalow
Quaint little bungalow footsteps from the beach! Location was perfect! It’s not fancy, and like others have stated, it could use a “refresh” on some of the furniture / paint, however, it was clean and all functional. If you like a low key location with a very quiet beach, you are laid back, and don’t need fancy furnishings/decor , then this place is perfect! Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was lovely. Perfect sisters/girl vacation. Old school Florida cottage steps from the gorgeous, quiet beach . Super easy check in/ check out process. Older, broken in furniture and decor. If you want fancy, this is not your spot. If you want Comfy, homey and relaxed , this is your place 💜 will definitely be back.

I was expecting more.
We stayed Mon - Fri expecting relaxing time .1st two bedroom 2 bath, No closets to hang clothes I made a pitcher of brewed ice tea.let it steep came back to get a glass of tea and it almost looked liked nastyness in the water... I had to by 5 gals of water and bag of Ice. Bathing , washing hair , skin felt yucky Was going go to Hotel daily to be able get a clean shower. the trail they show you to get to the beach is in the backyard neighbor house. one bathroom had towel& soap container mounted oh top of shower in one bath ,un useable for me no grab bar . Bathroom #2 stand up shower rust around shower wall . 3 windows didn't shut all way. Kitchen blinds 1 out of three shut 2 no way to shut. I feel like I paid way too much for this beach house paint chipping off celing bathroon. chipping off old doors in bathroom. No I would not recommend this beach house Pictures they post best be very old.

We had everything we needed for our stay at the beach cottage. Beds were comfortable. Great private outdoor space. The beach was amazingly close and private. Indian Shores is beautiful. We would stay here again.

We loved the beach bungalow located in Indian Shores. Great location. The beach was never crowded and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great! I personally love the Old Florida vibes of the house. There are a few things that need attention including door knobs that fell off and burnt out lightbulbs but overall very minor things. My one complaint is the parking. We had two larger vehicles which made parking a nightmare but we made a work. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your house with us!

Cute little cottage with easy beach access
Our family spent a wonderful week this cottage. We loved the easy access to the beach and also seemingly enjoyed the beach all to ourselves even during 4th of July. The house has great charm and the beds were comfortable. The living room/dining room furniture could use some updating but other than that we have no complaints.

Perfect quiet getaway on private beach just steps out the back door. A little disappointed as this is not good for shelling, but great for swimming. We had a very relaxing time and would come back.

Great family getaway
Check in process was easy, and house was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, as far as dishes and cookware, to make our meals, and we used the grill as well. There were several items available to use for the beach, such as chairs, inflatables and umbrella, which was great. It is just steps to the beach, and its far enough away from condos and public beach, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I have is personal preference, the king size bed didn't have enough support for me and my husband, so we ended up switching rooms with the kids the last couple nights and taking the smaller bed that had a firmer mattress. Otherwise, great stay and would love to return!

Positives: Cute little bungalow in a great location, beautiful beach, sweet and helpful local residents, nearby markets, liquor stores, restaurants. Negatives: Old saggy mattresses, dirty floor (it should be easy to keep clean since there are no carpets!), dirty glasses, dingy bath towels need replacing, A.C. sounds like a 747 taking off (but it does cool beautifully!), patio area could used some attention (clean the grill, and the turquoise beach chairs are broken). Tiny little complaints: It might be nice to mention that there is actually a house between the you and the beach, the dining table wobbles, the beach towels should be by the BACK door (since that's your access to the beach), that huge palmetto in front makes parking a challenge, and it would be nice if the host left a hard copy of house rules, recycling guidelines, etc. Also, maybe an updated photo on the website. Having said all that, my sister and I had a GREAT TIME, and all my complaints shouldn't put you off of visiting a sweet little place to stay in a cute little town with a gorgeous beach!
