'I stayed for a volleyball tournament that was at the convention center. It was easy getting there and back. There are some really great restaurants right up the hill, too. The property was so cute and quiet. It had everything I needed for 4 nights. I have not a single negative thing to say. I had a question about the tv and Lisa got back to me right away. She checked in the morning of. The bed was very comfortable. Cooking was easy. I would stay here again. '

'Place was very clean and had everything e yea you could want. The owners were very kind and quick to answer questions. Accessing unit was easy and didn’t feel intrusive. Only negative was the mattresses. They molded into your body until you felt like you were in a hole and when you roll over you literally feel like you’re climbing uphill. All 3 of us had a rough time sleeping. Still a great value for the money!'

'I was impressed by how well kept it was and you had no problem with random people walking in the building or coming in and out. Also I was able to cook a meal and warm up a meal after dinning out. I will be making that a place to go when in need a place to stay in Spokane. And I will also let my friends and family know about this spot.'

'The place was very clean, cozy and nice. VeeAnn was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback was the freeway noise and that was pretty minor. We will come back.'

'We were in town to celebrate my daughters wedding. My sister and her kids stayed with our family of teens and under 10's. We were looking for a place to host a family get together with other cousins who had come to town for the wedding. The pool was amazing! It kept the kids busy while the moms had a chance to chat. The house we great! It had separate areas so we could hang together or have some personal space and quiet as needed. We had so much fun and it was nice to have an indoor space to...

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
