« Overall good experience. The cabin could have been a little cleaner (refrigerator, dishes, showers). The a/c-heat didn't seem to work but it wasn't terribly cold and was able to make do with the fireplace. »

« Overall the place is nice however I did have a few gripes about this listing. Off top it is not a huge issue but I feel should be disclosed that this property once booked requires you go through a secondary site which then requires a deposit for possible “damages” although I get the cause I feel this is not transparent in the booking process through VRBO and should be made known prior to booking.The place is spacious, clean, well stocked with what’s needed and beautiful natural light throughout...

« We had a nice time, enjoyed FCF State Park. On plus side, very comfortable place, good bed, nice wraparound porch. On the minus side, small bathrooms, outside furniture needed cleaning (maybe keep cushions inside until use?), lighting throughout not good for reading. »

« This was my second visit and I was able to spend my leisure time in a very relaxing environment with a beautiful view. At night, I was able to see the beautiful night view and stars, and I enjoyed the quiet environment. This time, it was snowing and very cold, but I was very satisfied with the wonderful time I had, which will become a good memory. We will definitely come here again. »

« I have been to this cabin multiple times now. This year I had the privilege of bringing my girlfriend with me. She fell in love with the place immediately. We spent a lot of time at the park, time on the porch reading, and hanging out at the fire pit. We are already looking forward to our next visit. »

« This cabin is beautiful and immaculately maintained. My friends slept in the bedroom downstairs and I was in the loft. I have back problems and the bed was so comfortable! Check-in was so easy, and the instructions were detailed and easy to understand. The directions were also easy to understand. We loved the decor and the signs in the laundry made us smile. Super close to the state park and Spencer/Sparta/Pikeville. We ran around chasing waterfalls and had a wonderful time, and a wonderful...

« Our cabin was just perfect - clean, comfortable, well-equipped. The property is beautiful. We love to go to the mountains every fall to hike, and there is a mile+ hike to a beautiful overlook site on the property. We were close to Rock Island State Park, Savage Gulf State Park, and Fall Creek Falls, so there were lots of options for hiking and beautiful scenery. The hosts were fantastic, available for any issues that arose (the gate malfunctioned one day). Highly recommend this property! »
