'It was a house that was obviously loved and well cared for. There was an attention to detail, and they had supplies in the house like a first aid kit, flashlight, laundry soap, and beach towels. Enjoyed using the bikes and sitting outside on the porch facing the ocean. The only thing it doesn't have is a beach but there are plenty of other beaches to go to. Nice sunsets.'

'Staying at a local's place was the right choice rather than a "resort" / hotel. We wanted a place on the water with a balcony where we could cook. There were a few things that we liked / was disappointed in with Featherstone: What we liked: The views were great. We were glad we choose the "top" of the house as downstairs you could hear a lot of noise. We enjoyed the hammocks both on the beach and our private deck. 'I got an email on the day of our arrival saying that the reservation was canceled to a break in. Had to scramble to find a place for 6 people. We were successful due to the help of some of the locals. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent.
