Very happy, very clean, comfortable beds. Place shown in in the pictures are pretty accurate. Good communication with our host, would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed
A nice property, but we were not warned about our street being under reconstruction by City. Arrived Tues pm, Nov 26, dirt road only, couldn’t get into parking slot. Owner told us to use another, but other resident put note on car that night asking us to move. Had to spend all our time there wiggling out of parking due to water connection at streetside. Construction went on all day Wed, Fri, Sat, Mon, car was caked in dirt and cement dust as they prepped street for tarmac surface later in week. We decided to go home Mon Dec 2 but were booked thru Thurs Dec 5. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It is exact as pictured, lovingly decorated and well taken care of. It was filled with everything we needled for our stay which made it easy to cook our meals. It is so a walk away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool after the beach, the rinse off area, on the side helped keep sand out of our car and stuff. Billy was excellent in communicating and answered our questions. Definitely booking this place again!

Amazing home away from home.
Walking through the front door for the first time and seeing a clean and nicely furnished home really sets the mood for a comfortable vacation. The property itself is clean, safe and well maintained. Access to the beach, restaurants and local businesses are all just a few footsteps away from the property. Overall, this is one vacation rental home that i highly recommend for your next visit to South Padre Island.

Last Minute Vacay
The place could use some very minor adjustments, we had a small issue w/ the toilets but there was a plunger and not worth bothering the owner, the sliding glass door needs replacing along with the blinds. The blinds on the sliding door are missing slats and dont close all the way. The owner did let us know after booking the door didn't work properly. The WIFI is terrible, but its not what we were there for, just helps to have it when needed. I said all this to confirm all issues were minor and can be easily fixed and none would stop me from returning to this property. The inside was nice, however we didn't use the pool, it didn't look well kept.

Family Summer Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay in this very big and spacious condo. There was 6 of us and plenty of sleeping space! Condo was clean and very nice! Management responded quickly to any questions/ concerns we had during our stay! We highly recommend this condo for any family with kids looking for a comfortable place to enjoy the island.

Very clean and organized. You can tell the condo is very well taken care of. The location of the condo is within walking distance of restaurants and the beach access. Good communication with the owner of the property. I am looking forward to returning again.
