« Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. The condo was comfortable and very accommodating. Downside would be that there's only the view of the parking lot. Resort is stingy with their parking spots so 2nd car had to park on the other side of the office. streetstreet. »

« The property is located right on the beach. The condo was clean but a little bit older. Super nice that you could exchange towels and bed sheets every day if you wanted. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which was nice. You can rent beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach (I think the cost was $35). Many great restaurants around. Mahi Nic was amazing food. Calacas was great Mexican food. Louie's Backyard was on the bay side and had fireworks at 9:15pm. Blackbeard's always has...

« We’ve been numerous times to south padre. This has been our favorite condo. I loved the double balconies and views to see the ocean but also the bay (and fireworks!) The condo had a ton of room. Communication from property managers was excellent. »

« The booking and check in process was easy. I liked that there was no physical key to pick up the door lock is by code. The swimming pool(s) were very nice and clean. I didn’t agree with one of the pool rules about music noise ( I have to have my music listening). The room was clean the appliances were all operable. I would stay again. »

« Arrived on sunday August 11th, got work out walking up steps (haha), and enjoyed evening walk on the beach. Monday was very nice and then it was over Tuesday morning. Would have liked to stay longer. Very nice and clean and close to beach, access #21 is less than block away. »
