« The location is wonderful, good restaurants around. Wonderful view. Very good beds But the house itself needs some Refurbishment. The price for almost €2000,- is quite high for this very basic house. »

« This extraordinary home in Sintra is simply beyond words... What a wonderful way to be welcomed to the beautiful country of Portugal than with a two night stay in this glorious mansion. It was truly the highlight of our "homes away from home". The location is exraordinary, the hosts were outstanding and gave us so much additional inspiration to make our journey with 10 family members simply a time we shall always remember... « We enjoyed our stay at this property, however the pictures are misleading. Mostly the modern areas are shown in the pictures, however there are many old and antique areas. When we arrived the house had a damp and musty smell and it was very cold. The upstairs bathroom is in way worse condition then shown on the pictures. The enamel in the bath was chipped off and there was a large, mould like stain on the ceiling. The kitchen is really well stocked and the garden and pool areas are very nice....

« We had a great time in Colares, the inside is not “modern” but is very clean and has everything you need and the exteriors are gorgeous (can’t beat the tennis court and swimming pool). 2 min away is a good local supermarket and the sea is 5 min away. The owners were very easy to reach and shown us around. They were also very helpful for any ask we had I would recommend spending time there anytime! Thanks for everything »

« Everything about our stay in Casa dos Cedros was outstanding. A beautiful home with gorgeous views and gathering spaces. It was the perfect launchpad for our excursions to Sintra and hikes along the coastline and deep woods. »

« Great home, well stocked and fairly great location near heart of Sintra, close to Cascais (15 min drive) and nice pool to boot. Clean place, spacious, great for the 7 of us. easily can accommodate 5 adults 2 kids. »
