'Nice building, comfortable but small rooms. Good bathroom, good amenities. Internet was fine, no tv. Parking a little further in the street. Lots of emails and instructions in both B&B and room, was a bit overdone. '

'Great location near the Fishermans Wharf. The property is quite old and so is the bed and furniture. Since it a residential house wurh quire some guests we found it a bit noisy. But the host was wonderfull and at this price it was fine to stay a night. We had to leave early for the airport so we couldn’t enjoy breakfast which is served between 8:30 and 9:30, but the house smelled like fresh baked bread!'

'Room was way too little for the price we had to pay. It was very clean, had a nice shower and the B&B is on a beautifull spot, but the room had no windows with a vieuw and was basically nothing more thema a well renovated cellar in the basement, it felt claustrofobic. '

'Lovely grounds, room was pretty good, walls are not sound proof at all, could hear our neighbors without a problem, don’t go planing to do any meals as there is nothing but a microwave and a bar fridge, only dishes are cups and glasses, no cutlery. '

'There were six of us friends who stayed for four nights. Everything was really nice but there were a few things that should be mentioned. This is a perfect location as a home base for trips into Victoria or Sidney. Very close to everything. We did notice that the espresso machine does not work. We noticed an odour in the home which we’re not sure if it was stale air or what, but it had to be aired out daily. The drawers were full of dust and unfortunately, a few of the items that were laid...

'I feel very thankful to have been able to grab this place to stay with my sister brother-in-law and niblings. We had a wonderful time going to Buchart gardens and Victoria!!! Everything was perfect, close and lovely! They were even wonderful enough to let us check in early after an extremely long day at the gardens. I will highly recommend you to all the people I know in the Everett area coming to Victoria. Fabulous stay. perfect location. thank you thank you thank you.'

A place with 2 beds, a sofabed, a kitchen and a sitting area is ideal for us to visit with everyone. We enjoyed the large deck and hopefully will fire up the large gas BBQ for our next visit.'

'We were a group of six 30+ women who stayed together for several days to enjoy eachother's company and have a nice place by the water to relax and from which to do day trips. The place itself was absolutely beautiful and had so much character. It was huge and it was so nice to have a lot of space. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. We loved the solarium and saw a pod of 7 orcas thanks to the conveniently placed binoculars! We also used the karaoke room, so fun though...
