'Prima, schone kamer, goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en op loopafstand van metro en van SEC Armadillo, waar wij een concert bezochten. Slechts 2 nadelen: ligt vlakbij een snelweg (onze kamer zat aan die kant) en aangezien wij graag met raam open slapen was het erg lawaaiïg. Koffie en thee doorlopend verkrijgbaar bij de receptie (goed!), maar dit zit wel 2 etages lager!'

'Wellness en sportfaciliteiten zijn goed. Ontbijt is geen continentaal ontbijt, vooral gericht op UK-breakfast. Daardoor erg weinig keuze. Erg ver verwijderd van centrum Glasgow. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding helaas slecht. Je krijgt te weinig voor wat je betaalt voor je kamer. Meest teleurstellende is de staff: veelal erg jong die weinig geïnteresseerd zijn in de gasten. Er kan vaak geen glimlach of hallo vanaf, jammer! '

'Goed hotel met een ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed, zitgedeelte leuk aangekleed gebaseerd op muziek. Enige nadeel was dat er aantal biertjes wat op de kaart stond niet meer aanwezig was en dat er geen koelkastje op de kamer was. Verder was ons verblijf gewoon prima met ov op loopafstand.'

'Scott was lovely, getting us at reception. Got to check in early. Rooms are spacious and clean. The mattress could do with replacing as very soft. The AC didn't work - was replaced with a fan in the meantime. Breakfast was Scottish Continental. Decent and everyone one may need is available. Location is convenient for city center and events in the Ovo Hydro '

'The hotel was very good. I thought the price of drinks was high and pricey. The room was clean and tidy. We had a great view and great time. The restaurant and lounge bar were loud but it felt good though. The building is beautiful and the room that we had was good and sufficient. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay.'

'Great location if arriving by train and very central in the city. My room was a little on the small side even by normal european standards, but I suspect I was just unlucky. First floor and overlooking the station concourse. Pretty good soundproofing, but I did hear the rail announcements quite early (7am) and there seemed to be quite a few. Light sleepers beware. Otherwise front desk staff were super. Quick and friendly check-in. '

The apartment we stayed in was a bit outdated, but you get what you pay for... try finding another apart-hotel in the city center at this rate. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Super friendly and helpful staff. The great location is also the downside: the noise from the traffic, music from the pubs and drunken Glaswegians can be heard in your bedroom. Bring ear plugs if you are a light...
