« This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

« The property has the most outstanding views of Lake Lucerne and is situated in a remote spot on the edge of a quiet village. Beautiful area. The garden and hot tub are not well maintained, with the garden being quite overgrown and not as per photos. View from ground floor bedroom was obscured by plants that need to be cut back. Third bed (made of pallets) wasn’t made up on arrival and no linen in the property to allow us to do it ourselves. Owner was quick to reply to my message, but no apology...
