'Just cosmetic issues with my room but other then that everything was great'

'Easy to find. Easily identifiable. Lots of parking. Fast to load and unload and get bags into room. Easy instructions of how to get into facility and room. Great communication. '

'Restaurant food is excellent and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Discount in gift shop if you ate in restaurant. Nice bar and can dine outside poolside. Temperature of the pools/ hot tubs/ dry sauna is awesome. Negative: kids up screaming in the pool till midnight. Why are their parents letting this happen. Letting them play up late is fine but shut up. People do have to sleep. '

'I stayed at a 2 bed room with kitchenette which had Microwave, Fridge, Small coffee maker, and sink. Quiet room, but the floor was not so clean. We slept well with comfortable beds.'

'K, if you want solitude, this is your choice. The property is about 15-20 from all the busier areas of the desert, but once there, you don't wanna leave. It's an excellent place to rest and relax. Enjoy the facilities and the rooms. Breakfast is top ten, super healthy. I appreciated every minute I could spend there. My only regret is the fact I wanted more time, but I couldn't. Definitely a repeat. (A perfect retreat. Brings snacks and drinks and it'll be it!)'

'This place is a gem. Located within walking distance to many great coffee and food options, yet far away enough that it’s like a quiet haven by the pool and hot tub. Will definitely book to stay here again when we visit Palm Springs. '

'Our stay at Casa Palma was wonderful! From the moment we stepped in the staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Pam (front desk) was very attentive with accommodations to make us feel welcomed and secure. Everyone in particular had a great mood and made us feel taken cared of. Overall the hotel itself is very clean, very new and modern and PEACEFUL! It was the perfect get away and will definitely be coming back! '
