'First of all, we were not aware that this was an “all suite” hotel. I was shocked when we opened the door to our room! The suite was lovely. We had a small issue with the lack of cold water in our shower, but it was addressed immediately. There was only one (of 4) elevator operating. The repairs and inspection on the front two are due to be completed by end of May (2025). I believe the 4th elevator was in use for the ballrooms/meeting rooms in the lower level. 'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'
