Private Beach Access - Private Pool - 60 steps to Beach Welcome to "Dune Drifter", pure luxury right in the heart of 30A. This home just went through a full remodel in 2024 and features 4 king bedrooms with 4 en suites, plus an east and west bunk area that is perfect for the kids. Sleeps 14! Vacation should be a breeze, and this home makes it easy. It rests just one home back from gulf front with a private pool and private beach access 60 steps away.

- Panoramic Views: 3rd floor balcony, accessed from both main suites offers sunrise and sunset views. Grab your coffee, a good book, or squeeze in an afternoon nap. This is a great spot to unwind!
- Private pool: Lounge seating, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill. Right outside the pool, you'll find a fridge for keeping your beverages cool and a wet bar to mix up your favorite cocktails.
- Private beach: Door to sand is just 150 ft away, or 60 steps. We provide the beach gear too! High-wind resistant beach umbrellas, backpack beach chairs, and towels are complimentary. Just 9 homes share the private beach - approx. 5 lots across.
- Balcony space: The home offers a large balcony off the second floor living space, as well as a wrap around balcony on the 3rd level, accessed by both King en suite bedrooms
- Rest: 4 King bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms
- Family friendly: Leave it to us! We'll provide pack n play, baby gates, and highchair for your little one.

1. 1st floor King Suite - your oasis for the week! A beautiful king bed centers the room with custom-built in twin over twin bunk beds that complete the space. Coastal hues, en suite with custom walk-in shower, and smart tv are featured here.
2. 1st floor King Suite - this room highlights another king bed with smart tv and an en suite bath. The bathroom features a large soaking tub, a custom walk-in shower, and single vanity.
3. 3rd floor Primary Suite - a dreamy hideaway! King bed with ocean views! Smart tv and storage are standard, and the beverage cart and balcony access make it extra special. The perfect spot to pause after those long beach days and take in the 30A rays.
4. 3rd floor King Suite - King bed with relaxing vibes, smart tv, and additional balcony access with an en suite too! Double vanity is featured here with a large walk-in shower and a modern aesthetic.
5. Completing the sleeping arrangements are two bunk areas, both tucked away for privacy on the 3rd floor. One on the east, and one on the west side of the house, there are 2 bunk beds - twin over twin. They feature smart tv's and charging stations.

The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.

The house was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool was great. Neighborhood and location to the beach were great. Only a few steps and you are on the boardwalk to the beach. Amanda was great and very helpful. We left something and she so kindly shipped it to my dad immediately. Amazing service. Thank you so much.

Great House Seaside Florida
We had our first family vacation in this wonderful home in July 2022. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 3, 2). We had family traveling from Oklahoma to join us and the Fort Walton airport was only an hour away. The house was great for all of us …the only thing lacking was a table big enough for all of us to gather around…however, with the bar seating, we made it work. Having our own pool was a definite plus and the walkway to the beach was so convenient! Amanda was GREAT to work with and was very prompt in answering our questions!!

Perfect distance to the beach
Our group has previously stayed farther away from the beach, and the quick walk directly to the sand made all the difference with this property. Since it was a private beach, it was not overcrowded and renting chairs was a breeze. (Be advised that they are old school and only take cash or check - still worth it!) This home was super comfortable for all seven of us. Be advised, however, that the bunk room is intended for children and more than two adults sharing the small bathroom and space might prove challenging. Returning to the pool after a day at the beach was also perfect because there was enough shade to provide a break from the sun. We ate most of our meals at the house, but several good places were within walking distance or a short drive. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great spot.
Loved the location of the house, and that it was a gated community. Beach was steps away. We had 5 adults and two children. Two other adults could not make it. The house would have been a little too small if they joined us. For our group however, it was fine. Our only issue was the pool. The pool filter seemed to not be working properly. The company never came out to check. Not Amanada's fault. She was great in her communications with us. I can see us going back to this house in the future.

What an amazing property. Amanda did a wonderful job with communication and troubleshooted the internet issues this home had. She was able to activate a new router and was super quick about it. The supplied grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, and proximity to the beach provided a care-free experience. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the communication and care. Excellent place to book.

Wonderful Fall break at the Dune Drifter
We had a wonderful stay at the Dune Drifter. Amanda did an excellent job communicating with us before and throughout our stay. The property had enough room for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. We were very happy with how well equipped the house was with pack n play, high chair, baby gates, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus with extremely easy access. Fall break was busier than we hoped for, but we will certainly stay at the Dune Drifter for our next visit to 30 A.
